The use of Microsoft word

Microsoft was founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen on April 4, 1975.The first version of Microsoft word was developed by Charles Simonyl and Richard Brodie, former Xerox programmes hired by Bill Gates and Paul Allien in 1981.

Microsoft word has made a life much easier and simpler. Whatever we want to express, we can type, edit, change the font size and types, search for synonymous words and we can either underline or use the bold option to stress or highlight the most important point. Moreover it has more option and features where we can manage the spaces, make bullets, change the colors, sequencing the word from ascending to descending, increase or decrease the intent level of the paragraph.

We can also insert pictures, shapes, clip arts and charts. Header, footer, page number, date and time can also be added very easily. If we want to do some mathematical calculation, mathematical equation and symbols can also be inserted. The sentence structure and spelling are also improving along while we are typing since it can detect the spelling error and sentence structure. Hence, Microsoft word has lot of features that makes our work quicker, easier and uncomplicated.

We could take the bundle of materials comfortably in drive; no matter how far the distance is, it can be shared online. Plus, it saves lot of energy and economic, as we don’t need to write with hand and books are not needed much. Teaching and learning is made easy as we can flash and share the information on the power point with the help of Microsoft word. Therefore, the Microsoft word has lot of benefits and it has changed the world drastically.

The benefits and drawbacks of using  goggle classroom

The use of goggle classroom has lot of benefits for learning and teaching. It would enhance the teaching and learning if it is used effectively. With the help of goggle classroom we can download the materials, post commends and uploads assignment. We can also create a space for the students to upload and share their assignment, doubts and commends. Moreover, we can also set a due date for the assignment and home work. Furthermore, it saves lot of time because teachers and students can frequently visit the site and they can post very easier if there is good access of net. Google classroom is free and we can create it on the freely if we have email.

On the other hand, it too has got disadvantages too. Firstly, our county is not technically and economically developed. The government cannot afford enough computers and net facilities throughout the country. Every parent may not have enough money to buy their children with personal computers and mobile phone. Even if few of them can afford, it would harm them physically and mentally as students may not be much matured cognitively. If they spent few minutes in goggle classroom, they may engage the rest of their time in playing or watching movies. For instance, nowadays, urban youth are thoroughly spent their time in playing, PUBG. I think there is lot of disadvantages of using gadgets if it is not used properly and consciously. Nowadays, most of the youths are wearing spectacle because most of them spent their time in gadgets, reading, doing assignment, watching online videos and maximum playing games.

Therefore, using goggle classroom more disadvantages if it is used in the early stages because of the above reason.so, if we could use it depending upon the situation and time, it would benefit much.
